Medical Examiner's Report

[Edited 6/2/16 12:07pm]

I'm not arguing with anyone! This was planned. He was either pumped up with this drug and murdered for his vault/estate or he is alive like Sly and retired.

Either way we will never know the truth now. I would like to see the Elevator video though.

His family better have that WILL in hand or WB is going to fake one and get it all!

After his first overdose there was no immediate intervention and he went on to overdose again...a week later.

Or maybe...just maybe...he was a human being who got addicted to painkillers. If there was a conspiracy for WB to steal his music he was complicit in it because he made a deal with them again of his own free will. I wonder if a tinfoil hat is comfortable. Alex Jones will weigh in soon.

F the Media! Nothing but BS LIES!

The man did not do drugs to the point of Death at age 57!

He was healthy.

Something smells, and it's worse than burnt pasta on the stove!

The insinuation by the Media that we his fans would believe all this BS is what also pisses me F ing off!

The only thing that is going to keep me going in life is knowing that Prince is not alone up there in heaven, if that is where he is. He also does not have to watch his back anymore. Will never be persecuted by this evil media merchant of chaos world like Bill Cosby. Why stick around for all that BS to look forward too. He is in a better place dead or alive!

Medical Examiner's Report

[Edited 6/2/16 12:07pm]

But what about the autopsy, was the Fentanyl for a specific problem, it is a cancer drug. What test results was the Dr. taking to him the day he was found dead. There are still so many unanswered questions.

admission is easy, just say U believe, then come 2 this place in your heart.

This just isn't enough for me. I thought once I saw the results, I could have closure and move on. But, this leaves so many questions. I guess I will just have to go with the theory I made up in my head (he no longer "needed" pain med for his hip, wanted to stop but found withdrawal symptoms too severe, accidentally overdosed by taking too much after being off it for a while). That's the story I made up and I'm going to just go with it.
The ultimate THREAD-KILLER. You won't see me coming. No thread is safe.

My only question is why the official release of the full autopsy is taking so long.

An overdose of a prescription drug in someone's bloodstream usually only takes hours to determine - not weeks.

Because if there will be criminal charges they have to be 100% positive it was the drugs and not something else so they have a case.

Trust me, the time on this was not that long. My sister OD'd and died the first time she did heroin, they knew she had done it as the people she was with eventually admitted it but the tox report took almost 2 months to make sure it wasn't anything else. There is one lab that does it.
Surprise, surprise.
Another treat. Another trick.

I'm afraid many people will just read "drug overdose" and understand "recreational drugs". it was already the understanding of a 13 y.o. student of mine right after Prince passed.

This is very sad in all case, a natural death or terminal illness would have been unavoidable, but this... Prince could still be among us.

Well. They (hell, even people on this board) did it to Michael and they will do it to Prince.

Exactly, thank you for backing that up with some solid info.

--/ I think when we get the official report we are going to find he had other medical issues. He may have mixed the pain meds with other things. I have taken percocets and there is no why he could be bopping around on just those pills. Those percocets have you coma.

I take percs when my back flares up and they don't knock me out unless I lie down. It lessens the pain and I feel contented. I'm twice Prince's size though, so they could have affected him more than me.

Have a couple percs left over from recent hernia surgery. Was taking 2 at a time. Heart started beating fast last time I took em. Was floating, ehoric at first then it got old real fast. Got some hydrocodone for bad back. Take a half pill every few days or so. Time to toss it out and pick up some legal medical sativa at Denver.

That being said, this story is far from over still mighty fishy.

You should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Disgusting.

Yes they should be ashamed. I'm pissed and hurt too but he was human. He was in pain. In withdrawals....u don't mess w fentynal. I refused that med and take others for my chronic pain. God rest his soul. You are no longer in pain our Purple Prince.

Remember folks, you can OD on just one pill. It's super easy to do. This doesn't mean he was shoving handfuls of pills down his throat but sustained use of narcotics will eventually catch up with you. And those patches make it even easier to do... Forget to take one off and add another... Tragic.

It's 2016, he should have been outfitted with a bionic hip, using surgery to do it with minimal invasiveness, and quick recovery time. However, THEY have decided and we are complacent in the idea that the money is in the TREATMENT and not the cure. Big Pharma is de'elevator... The money gets invested in the drugs for "treatment" and not the cure.

This needs to change. Write your politicians and tell them to say no to the big Pharma lobbyists- and yes to creating and enforcing regulations the encourage real solutions to problems like chronic pain and other diseases.

I can not believe some of the ridiculous comments I'm reading on this thread neutral - Prince had an addiction, plain and simple. Although, we may not want to believe it, he was human like all the rest of us. Not a perfect human being, just human.

Exactly. Slow burn isn't as gratifying although would knowing really be gratifying and to what end. A part of me wants to know and a part of me wants all Prince's dignity no matter the outcome to not be compromised. This breaks my heart.

It's like being slowly flayed alive, not knowing the whole truth. The state of Mn. doesn't have to release any more than this. My husband says what is the difference, he's gone let it be. Sorry I can't just let it be if it is wrong.

I am just so depressed. Each day that has passed, I feel very empty. I've just been eating a lot to cope. I know I've never met him but it is so tragic and he really meant a lot to me as he did all of us. It just hurts so badly.

I would just like to ask of those of you who are saying "it's not true, Prince was not a drug addict," to have some empathy for people who are drug addicts. Prince overdosing didn't make him a "druggie" and that's something to understand. Being a "druggie" and someone who has a dependency are one in the same but two very different things. Prince could have been using these for a short while or long while, it's unsure. It's just very unfair to deny the truth no matter how impartial and vague it is. That was the cause, now what we can and should do is propose question.

The WHY's are far more important than the delusional doubt. We should investigate and research as to why, how, where, from whom, mental health, physical health, Etc.

Just because he overdosed doesn't mean it stops there, that is just what they're linking it as now.

Please let us be rational and kind without rioting and picketing online because it's not very helpful. It is a very strange and bizarre situation that I believe us org family can try to figure out with tactic, sincerity, research, and fact.

Many hugs to all

Well now it means they can officially start charging people if there were others involved. And now unfortunately they are going to drag out all his personal business.

Maybe we will get lucky and whoever was involved will just plead guilty out of respect and not make it go to trial.

He had a scar on his hip so maybe he had the surgery. Sometimes though hip replacement surgery needs to be performed again if it doesn't correct the.problem first time. Maybe he didn't want to go through that again and just took painkillers to deal with it?

No, it doesn't change the love. But if he was taking it for a serious condition, it would have been easier to accept other than an accident. The world was robbed of him as an aging genius and he was robbed of his future and maybe being happy.

conrad murray got charged, dr. nick nichopolous got in trouble. corrupt docs should be prosecuted. All I can say is what I've been saying, how could these guys not have learned from the mistakes of Elvis. In those days it wasn't really known, no real help available but we are suppossed to learn from the mistakes of others. Prince wasn't dumb, he knew what he was doing and he probably knew how it would all end.

Ok. I see a rather generous use of the word "accident" here. If it was purely accidental, then why was he about to get help from an addiction doctor?

He knew there was a problem. He could have fixed it in Moline, but pretense prevented that because they couldn't guarantee a private room.

Prince was supposedly a big fan of personal responsibility, and self-reliance. There is no one to blame but Prince himself. Not "big pharma", not Kirk Johnson, not Denise, not the Paisley Park receptionist, not Tim McVeigh, not ISIS. Prince alone did this to Prince. He had a chance to save himself and he ditched it.

He may not have taken one pill ignoring that it might have been his last, but he had other chances to take care of himself and he didn't.

this is why we need proof so rumors don't spiral out of control. People still say Jimi hendrix was murdered, in fact, I think the doc who did his autopsy said that, turns out he had his license yanked by the time he said this because he was a quack.

I don't think is "news" to us, but to the public at large.

We knew this was the case because of the opiate specialist (or his son, rather) from the rehab center being one of the three that found him. You have to be in a very bad state to warrant that sort of assistance. That and the situation with the plane.

Like others have said.......... it still doesn't really tell us anything and we still need to wait for the full autopsy results to understand what kind of chronic pain he was in or other underlying issues.

I wish he would have gotten help sooner and slowed down. He shouldn't have been performing, he shouldn't have been flying anywhere..........Prince just didn't know how to stop :'(

Will we get that. CNN says that the state of MN. doesn't have to realse any more than this. That's what scares me, that we'll be left with more questions than answers.

Little Richard had a botched hip surgery. I've said it many times here, us minorities don't trust docs in the first place, too many old scars, that is a very likely reason Prince didn't want surgery, not just the JW's. I have a friend who is a customer and a dentist and I don't even want him poking around in my mouth, I don't trust them, sorry.
