Michelle Bachmann said that serial adulterer Donald J. Trump is the most biblical president, maybe ever. Of course, she's crazy but she's also on to something. To wit:

https://www.cnn.com/2019/...index.html

In 2016, according to exit polling, the businessman won 80% of the vote among those who described themselves as evangelical or born-again Christians.

That needs to change. Serial adulterer Donald J. Trump is an immoral man who has cheated on every wife he has; has bragged about trying to screw another man's wife; and has said that despite all that he has never asked God for forgiveness.

Educate Evangelicals on that and ask them if their conscience will be OK with subjugating the Ten Commandments to tax cuts.

If they honestly think about it, the only conclusion they can come to is...no. No, it isn't.

Their "values " are easily bought and sold. Any true Christian human being of any religion, or even none at all, would should know that Donald Trump is an immoral and indecent man

Corrected it for ya! thumbs up!

DOW will surge with Trump victory 2020! From the Headlines today.

But why would it surge? Not because of good economic policy’s unless you view corporate tax cuts without reinvestment as good policy. Not because our trade balance is better. Certainly not because average Americans have more money to spend. It’s anticipation of more corporate welfare, sold under the guise of having a competitive economy. It’s a race to the bottom.

Love or hate him, he is a man of the the times. 2019. He seen my red hat uprising and ran with it though. I'm certain Trump frequents the PR forum. He modeled a lot after Dale Gribble with Red hats and President that listens to Alex Jones.

All other states, except Puerto Rico, have increased their minimum wage.

Lol. LA is on there and a new study reveals it's the worst state for equal pay for women - 20% pay gap. Good job Repubs!

Puerto Rico and the USVI are territories.

Yes, Puerto Rico and USVI are terrorities, but Puerto Rico was included in the 2019 minimum wage statistics. I believe theirs was $6.55.

Greaat. USVI is probably even lower. No one even knows where it is unless they've taken a Caribbean cruise and then they forget immediately, lol.

I have extensive knowledge about LA, the pay gap has nothing to do with Repubs and everything to do with lack of education and life choices.

LA has the 2nd-highest rate of premature births in the country. You know what causes them, right?

LA has the 5th-lowest high school graduation rate.

LA has the 4th-highest teen birth rate.

LA has the 2nd-highest percentage of births to unmarried mothers.

Do you know why the men make 20% more?

Because they spend longer hours in the office, and more hours working at home as well. Where I work the men and also the women who don't have kids are in the office from 7AM to at least 6PM every freakin' day. And they work at home. And they travel for business purposes. When you're a mother raising younguns, you simply can't devote the same amount of time and energy that a man can, and you can't travel on business like a man can.

Why?

Because mothers typically devote far more time to their children than fathers do. Mothers have far more childraising responsibilities than non-mothers.

And when you're a single mom, you can't focus on your career like a married or childless man can.

And when you're popping out kids before you turn 20, your earning potential is drastically reduced because of the responsibilities of motherhood.

It's common sense, and can also be learned through education. nod

The majority of the states with the best educational systems in the United States are Democratic states, the majority of the states with the worst educational systems in the United States are Republican. The majority of the best states for gender equality are Democratic states, the majority of the worst states for gender equality are Republican.

The states with highest levels of teen pregnancy are (you guessed it) Republican states:

States with the high rates of pregnancy among women age 15–19 in ranked order:

  1. New Mexico (blue)
  2. Arkansas (red)
  3. Mississippi (red)
  4. Oklahoma (red)
  5. Texas (red)
  6. Louisiana (red)

Guess which states have the highest rates of unwed mothers? Did you guess Republican states? Well, you guessed right.

Guess which states the March of Dimes rates as a D or lower for premature births? The majority of those states are .... wait for it..... Republican.

I'd say the Red States really need to get on the ball and start implementing some of the programs the blue states utilize if they want to catch up with blue states for better pay for women, less teen pregnancies, more live births, and better education, because they are falling behind.

But I thought the GOP is the "party of only the rich".

So the poor states who support the GOP blow that myth right outta the water.

1) Your post is completely offtopic.

2) As usual, I try to engage in a thought provoking intellectual conversation and you have nothing to say on the subject being discussed.

3) You are a Trump hater posting anti-Trump rhetoric in a pro-Trump thread, which is the epitome of trolling.

4) You recently posted in the Jussie thread just to troll Only with your "this is all they have to offer" comment.

Again, glass houses.

GOP has both poor and rich folks (just as Democrrats do), but the Republican party are obviously not the party of the people. And apparently their legislation is not doing anything to help their states or the people of their states.

What's interesting is that in the top 20 richest states in the United States, there are only 4 Republican states listed. The rest voted Democratic in the 2016 election or are straight Democratic states. Is the Republican fiscal legislation good for America? Looking at the states, no, it isn't.

In the 10 poorest states in America, only one of those states (New Mexico) is a Democratic state. The rest are Republican states. So if we truly want to know which party works for the people, makes fiscally sound financial decisions for their states, then if we look at this, we'd have to go with Democratic states. Because there is no reason that the poorer states could not be richer if their leaders would actually do better in governing their states. Maybe follow the Democratic model.
